What is the Extended Day School Program?
As an extension of the St. John Paul II Regional School, we are dedicated to supplying students with a quality social education that extends beyond the classroom where they can explore and express themselves.
The Extended Day Program consists of the Before and After School Care programs that allow students the opportunity to work, play, and improve academic skills through individualized attention. The program also is designed to meet the needs of working parents.
Who may participate in the program and why should we?
Any student of St. John Paul II Regional School may participate on a daily, weekly or even an occasional basis.
The program is available for your convenience. Register your student today by completing the registration form and returning it to the school with your registration fee.
What if:
- Do you have an emergency and cannot pick up your child on time?
- Do you need extra time for shopping or a doctor’s appointment?
- Your child is held after school, and you cannot meet him or her at the given time?
Then you only need to call the school and make arrangements for your child’s participation.
PLEASE NOTE: The school is not responsible for providing after-school care due to detention, a missed bus, late pick-up by a parent, etc. If your child is sent to the Extended Day School Program, billing for care begins at 3:00 at the hourly rate of $10 and cannot be prorated.
